Returns and Exchanges
We offer personalization services on select items.For personalized items, please make sure that you have carefully selected the item and added the correct personalization information as these products cannot be returned or exchanged unless we have shipped out a wrong product or grossly misrepresented the product. ALL PET MERCHANDISE No Returns:
All merchandise returns can be processed for store credit only. Product must be un-opened and in original condition and returned within 7 days from the date your received your order.
- Insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for lost/damage/stolen packages.
- Return the unused product in its original packaging *Tags must be intact*.
- Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
Undeliverable Packages
- Failed Delivery Attempts. If no one is present to accept the delivery the package will be returned to us and can be reshipped at the purchaser's expense. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and refunds are processed for store credit only.
Incorrect Address
- If the address is incorrect or outdated the package is typically returned to us by the carrier. Order can be reshipped at the purchaser's expense or refunded for store credit.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
