Dream On's new Collar Wrap is perfect for summer when even a t-shirt would be too hot, but you want your dogs to wear a little something and great for other times of year to coordinate with your dog's collar and clothing.  The beautiful silk flower is backed by one-wrap velcro sewn to the back, is completely adjustable and can be strapped on the collar or harness.  The velcro is sized to fit up to a 1" collar and can be cut down or wrapped to fit smaller collars.  These are great impulse items while being stylish and original.
