Your dog will look gorgeous in this leopard print ruffled tutu. We use black tulle for the tutu and the leopard print ruffles are made with nylon chiffon. We use a red bow because a little red accent is beautiful with leopard print.  The shirt can be included or not. It is black with chiffon leopard ruffles around the neck .   To measure for the shirt measure from the neck straight back to the tail.
