This pet tutu has layers and layers of Turquoise and hot pink tulle. We have added a pretty bow to coordinate with the colors of the tutu. Your dog will be beautiful in the tutu.
All pet tutus have about a 4" gap (depending on size) at the belly to prevent soiling. Each tutu is sewn and not knotted.
We also offer the matching tutu barrette. Our matching barrettes are made with layers and layers of matching tulle. Very pretty!
